Explore the world-class stadiums and arenas that will host the Commonwealth Games 2030 in Ahmedabad, featuring the iconic Narendra Modi Stadium.

A Stage Built for Legends

When the world arrives in Ahmedabad for the Commonwealth Games 2030, they will step into one of the most ambitious sporting complexes ever built: the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel (SVP) Sports Enclave.

Spread across hundreds of acres seamlessly connected to the Sabarmati Riverfront, this enclave is the beating heart of India's Olympic dreams.

Narendra Modi Stadium: The Jewel in the Crown

Already famous as the largest cricket stadium in the world, the Narendra Modi Stadium will serve as the centerpiece for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies. With a seating capacity of 132,000, the atmosphere will be electric.

  • Events: Cricket, Opening Ceremony, Closing Ceremony
  • Key Feature: 360-degree unobstructed views and premier corporate boxes.

The New Multisport Complex

Surrounding the main stadium, a network of new, dedicated arenas is rising.

1. The Aquatics Center

A futuristic, eco-friendly center featuring an Olympic-sized competition pool, a diving pool, and a warm-up pool. The design mimics the flow of the Sabarmati river.

  • Capacity: 15,000 spectators

2. The Athletic Stadium

A dedicated track and field arena designed for speed records. The open-air design takes advantage of natural ventilation to keep athletes cool.

  • Capacity: 50,000 spectators

3. The Indoor Arena

A multi-purpose indoor hall that will host Badminton, Table Tennis, and Wrestling. Its modular design allows for rapid reconfiguration between events.

  • Capacity: 18,000 spectators

Sustainability at Its Core

Every venue in the SVP Enclave is Gold or Platinum LEED certified. We are utilizing:

  • Solar Power: Rooftop solar panels generate significant energy for stadium operations.
  • Rainwater Harvesting: Advanced systems to capture and reuse water for pitch maintenance.
  • Cooling Tech: Passive cooling architecture to ensure comfort for spectators in the Indian heat.

Getting There

The entire enclave is interconnected by a dedicated Sports Loop—a pedestrian and cyclist-friendly zone that links to the Motera Stadium Metro Station. Fans can travel from the airport to their seats in under 30 minutes.

The stage is set. The lights are ready. History awaits.
